Left Thumb Impression:

1. Put your left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink.
2. The file type should be jpg/jpeg.
3. The thumb impression should be 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (preferred).
4. The file size should be between 20 KB – 50 KB.

Hand-written Declaration Image:

1. Write the declaration in English on white paper with black ink.
2. The file type should be jpg / jpeg.
3. The declaration should be 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (preferred).
4. The file size should be between 50 KB – 100 KB.

Note: The signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration should be by the applicant and not by anyone else.
