- You download the form and fill the form completely.
- Take the form which should be an Envelope of Rs.25 (Size 12 x 18 CMS).
- After filling the form, you have to write in capital letters above the Envelope (“APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF Tradesman Mate / JOA / MA / Fireman / MTS Also stating UR / OBC / SC / ST / EWS / EX-SERVICEMAN / PH / MSP. ”)
- Note that you do not have to write all of these things like: If you have applied for Tradesman Post, then do not write the name of this post only, not the rest.
- Let me explain as an example (like an OBC student applied for MTS post, then he/she has to write on such Envelope like this: “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF MTS Also Stated OBC”)
- Documents yet to be collected with the form
- Documents: Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate, Education Certificate.
- After completing all these steps, you have to do Speed Post to the address given below.
- Send Address : to Commandant, 41 FAD, PIN-909741, C/o 56 APO
