• 10+2 (Intermediate) Exam with 50% Marks and 02 Year Diploma in Elementary Education
• OR 10+2 (Intermediate) Exam with 50% Marks and B.E.l.Ed 04 Years Course OR
• 10+2 (Senior Secondary) Exam with 50% Marks And Diploma in Education (Spl) OR
• Bachelor Degree with 02 Year Diploma in Elementary Education.

• Bachelor Degree with 45% Marks And 02 Years D.El.Ed.
• 10+2 (Intermediate) Exam with 50% Marks and B.E.l.Ed 04 Years Course OR

• Bachelor Degree with 50% Marks and B.Ed. Spl Degree OR

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition, Norms and Procedure) Regulation, 2002.
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Educaton).
• Graduation and two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) passed.
• Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) passed or appearing in final year of this course
• At least 50% marks either in Graduation or post Graduation and B.Ed. passed or appearing in final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
• Graduation with at least 45% marks and 1-year B.Ed. passed, in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition, Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year B.A. /B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed.U.

Dated 13th November, 2019 “At least 50% marks either in Graduation or in Post-Graduation and B.Ed.” the following Proviso inserted-“Provided that minimum percentage of marks in graduation shall not be applicable to those incumbents who had already taken admission to the Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education or equivalent course prior to the 29th July, 2011.”
